At TIISAM, we are dedicated to fostering economic empowerment, social inclusion, and long-term opportunity for immigrants, newcomers, and aspiring professionals in Canada. As a newly founded nonprofit organization, our mission is to build foundational programs that equip individuals with the language, skills, confidence, and support systems they need to thrive in today’s dynamic world.

We believe in starting strong, growing responsibly, and creating programs that reflect the evolving needs of the community. While we aim to expand into startup incubation, digital transformation, and technology empowerment in the near future, we currently offer impactful programs focused on career readiness, cultural expression, and social integration.

Our Programs

Resume Review & Professional Readiness Program
Our flagship offering supports job seekers in the technology, project management, and business sectors. We provide one-on-one resume coaching, LinkedIn profile development, career mapping, and guidance for globally recognized certifications such as PMP®, PMI-PBA®, and AWS/Azure. This program is ideal for newcomers and professionals preparing to enter or transition within the Canadian workforce.

Language Empowerment – IELTS Preparation Program
This 8-week, 40-hour instructor-led program builds fluency and confidence in English for academic, professional, or immigration needs. Through small-group learning, personalized feedback, and structured test preparation, participants strengthen all four skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Performing Arts & Creative Expression Program
We offer inclusive spaces for cultural celebration, storytelling, and creative development through performing arts. From multilingual open mics and comedy nights to improv and writing workshops, these sessions nurture community connection and emotional well-being. We are expanding this program to include dramatics, theatre, and music-based workshops for artists and aspiring performers.

Financial Literacy & Insurance Awareness Program
We help individuals navigate personal finance, budgeting, and life/health insurance through educational workshops and advisory support. This program empowers newcomers with the tools needed to make informed financial decisions in Canada.

Startup Incubation & Co-Working Hub – Affordable access to workspace, mentorship, and early-stage business resources

Digital Transformation & Technology Enablement Program – Future workshops on AI tools, cloud platforms, and workflow automation
MVP Development & Product Validation Lab – Helping early-stage founders test and refine their business ideas
Strategic Marketing & Brand Building Bootcamp – Branding, content creation, and digital marketing for social impact ventures
