The International Institute for Sustainability and Immigration (TIISAM) is a federally registered nonprofit organization based in Canada. We are committed to empowering individuals—especially immigrants, newcomers, and equity-deserving communities—through inclusive education, cultural programs, and workforce readiness initiatives.

Our Core Programs
1. Resume Review & Professional Readiness Program
Our flagship program supports individuals seeking meaningful careers in the technology, business, and project management sectors. We provide:
- One-on-one resume and cover letter coaching based on Canadian job market standards
- LinkedIn and portfolio development for roles in IT, data analytics, software engineering, and cloud technologies
- Tailored certification guidance for PMP®, PMI-PBA®, Azure, AWS, and other in-demand credentials
- Career mapping, skill-gap analysis, and interview preparation
- Mentorship and job readiness workshops to build confidence and marketability

2. Language Empowerment Program – IELTS Preparation
Our IELTS program delivers 40 hours of classroom instruction over 8 weeks to help participants build essential language skills. The curriculum covers speaking, listening, reading, and writing components of the IELTS exam, supported by practical exercises, peer collaboration, and instructor-led feedback. This program is especially helpful for individuals preparing for immigration, post-secondary admission, or global career mobility.
3. Performing Arts & Creative Expression Program
This arts-based initiative provides a vibrant platform for community members to express their identity, share lived experiences, and develop creative skills. We offer inclusive events and workshops in:
- Vocal music, instrumental performance, and singing circles
- Stand-up comedy, dramatic monologues, and storytelling
- Theatre arts and improvisation workshops
- Cinema and screenwriting appreciation sessions
- Artist showcases and open mics in multiple languages

4. Financial Literacy & Insurance Awareness Program

We offer workshops and advisory sessions on budgeting, savings, life insurance, health coverage, and long-term planning—delivered in a culturally responsive and accessible format. Participants gain practical knowledge to build stability and protect their families’ futures.
